Have you seen the brushes of an artist? Some artists paint with their fingers, or their brushes are attached to sticks, some are held in the artists' mouths, some are still in the original packaging never used, and some are scattered, broken, dirty, unusable, ready for the "brush heaven in the sky."  Really, they are not that spectacular except for the fact that attached to a human heart with a passionate soul and spirit, they can do beautiful things!  They can cause another person to stop in their tracks to look, and just stare and ponder on a beautiful painting!     

I feel the very most important thing for an artist is has to have an emotional, human connection with the viewer or the viewer just walks on by-bored!.  Have you ever done that?  Just walked on by a painting?  Did another painting stop you in your tracks, and you said to yourself, "WOW!  Now, that's a painting!  A work of Art!"  My intentions are always to have an emotional response to my viewers.
